On September 24-25, 2020, the III Annual All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference in the field of land and property relations “The Evolution of Cadastral Valuation and Territory Management Systems” was held.

The event was organized by the Association of State Budgetary Institutions for State Cadastral Valuation "ABUKO" with the support of the State Budgetary Institution of the city of Sevastopol "Center for State Cadastral Valuation".

The plenary part of the meeting of conference guests included the Vice-Rector of the Federal State Administration of the educational institution of higher education "Sevastopol State University" Ivan Sergeevich Kusov, Director of the Department of Property and Land Relations of Sevastopol Maxim Andreevich Levashov, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Tatyana Georgievna Lobach, Head of the Department of the Federal State Registration Service, Cadastre and cartography for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Kalinkina Olesya Gennadievna and Chairman of the Board of the Association "ABUKO" Meldebekov Iskander Bulatovich.

The conference was attended by 250 representatives from 60 regions of Russia, including representatives of the appraisal community, the central office of Rosreestr, the Federal Tax Service, municipal authorities, as well as the scientific community.

Organized by the ABUKO association, the conference is one of the most authoritative platforms in the Russian Federation, where not only the problems of developing the institute of state cadastral valuation and digitalization of the industry are discussed, but also the issues of organizing complex cadastral work, the development of territorial management systems, as well as many related topics.

In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, conference participants were provided with masks and hand disinfection was carried out. In addition, temperature monitoring was mandatory using a non-contact instant thermometer.

Based on the results of the conference, a resolution will be formed and a working group will be created under ABUKO to develop new guidelines and by-laws.
