The first day of a professional seminar for executive bodies of state power and government agencies started at the site of the Government of the Kabardino Balkar Republic. The event brought together more than 50 representatives from 39 regions of Russia. Leading experts in the field of cadastral valuation and complex cadastral work will speak to the participants of the event.
Welcoming the participants, the Minister of Economic Development of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Boris Rakhaev noted the importance of the preparatory period for the state cadastral assessment for the whole of Russia. Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the KBR "Center for Cadastral Valuation" Ramazan Bauayev shared the best experience of his republic in terms of implementing legislation on cadastral valuation to achieve fair taxation and wished all participants fruitful work in the sections.
Chairman of the Council of the ABUKO Association Iskander Meldebekov spoke about the upcoming events of the Association and noted the importance of exchanging experience between regions on complex cadastral work in connection with the growing popularity of land surveying carried out in the regions at the expense of federal funds.
In 2021, QCR is carried out by more than 20 entities and this trend will continue to increase.
During the event, speakers will talk about the effective tools of State Defense Committees and State Budgetary Institutions, using which regions can increase the efficiency of the implementation of government programs. The event will last three days.
