On May 16, 2024, In XV International Economic Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2024", with the participation of the AICV Association, a section was held on the topic "The relationship of spatial data, construction and technology in territories development."

The eleventh target of the United Nations (UN) is sustainable urban development.

Achieving this goal requires finding a balance between the interests of the state, society and the private sector. It is necessary to find a balance between the development of infrastructure and the preservation of ecosystems, as well as to ensure a decent level of quality of life for the population and the quality of the urban environment.

In modern conditions, such goals can only be achieved through comprehensive solutions and the exchange of experience between countries. This approach makes it possible to obtain multiplier effects that manifest themselves in various areas of economic activity and bring results both in the short and long term. Such decisions include a joint project of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the ABUKO Association to increase the efficiency of improving the living conditions of citizens during the implementation of the comprehensive development project of the city of Ulan-Ude.

In Russia, a mechanism for integrated development of territories is being actively implemented to effectively involve new lands in construction projects and improve the living conditions of citizens. The forum participating countries presented their government programs that help effectively involve land in economic circulation and build housing.
