In the International Economic Forum “Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum”, the AICV Association, represented by the Chairman of the Association Council, Meldebekov Iskander, and the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic entered into a Cooperation Agreement regarding the development of lands and properties, as well as cooperation with new technologies and innovation activities.

The main objective of this cooperation is to create favorable conditions for the exchange of new technologies, ideas and information, and to organize joint research within the framework of agreed priority areas and programs.

When implementing the agreement, the parties agreed to focus on:

• Successful implementation of sectoral national government and commercial programs adopted by the Parties;
• Optimal and rational use, increasing the efficiency of management of state and municipal property, including through the development and use of automated software systems;
• Ensuring balanced and sustainable development of territories.
• Creation of necessary conditions for the development of transport, social, engineering infrastructures, landscaping.
• Increasing the efficiency of use of territories, including the formation of a comfortable urban environment, the creation of service places and places of employment.
• Creating conditions for attracting extra-budgetary sources of financing for the renovation of built-up areas.
• Improving the quality of public services and services in the interests of socio-economic development of countries and people.
