On July 16, a conference on land and property issues and the 25th anniversary of state cadastral valuation was held in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the Volga Federal District.

The Chairman of the AICV Association, Iskander Meldebekov, made a report on the use of price zoning for the integrated development of territories.

The event brought together representatives of the professional community, experts and specialists

in the field of land and real estate to discuss regulatory frameworks, information development and exchange of practical experience.

The conference included a plenary session with the participation of the assistant to the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Ekaterina Dmitrievna Karutina, the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Faritovich Khabirov, a meeting of the Association of executive authorities of the subjects of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation in the field of property and land relations, a round table on issues of state cadastral valuation, as well as a meeting on the implementation of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation.

The efforts of Rosreestr, Roskadastr, ministries and institutions in the field of land and property relations allow us to strengthen Russia's potential, attract additional investment in the implementation of infrastructure projects, and competently plan activities.

The conference brought together 14 regions and more than 150 specialists. The experience gained, the work noted, the unification of people with a common goal, and ways to solve the most difficult issues - allow us to build a cohesive system that provides effective tools for the growth of the economic potential of our country.
