As part of the implementation of the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1424, the AICV Association, together with the State University of Land Management, held a training seminar from November 28 to 29, 2024 for employees of executive bodies of state power, municipalities and other specialized specialists on the topic of "Comprehensive cadastral works" with the issuance of certificates of advanced training.

The main objective of the event is to solve practical issues in the process of performing complex cadastral works, including:

• Collection and analysis of technical and land management documentation

• Conducting aerial photography and preparing orthophoto plans of territories

• Preparation of draft maps-plans of territories

• Preliminary verification of the KPTD in the bodies of Rosreestr

• Conducting conciliation commissions

• Calculation of indicators and preparation of the KPTD in the final version

• Uploading the results to the FGIS EGRN

• FAS decisions and judicial practice on complex cadastral works.

Leading specialists of state and municipal entities, private cadastral companies, strong in terms of implementing complex cadastral works, spoke and shared their experiences during the event.
